Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with no felony convictions in the past 10 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must hold or be eligible for Texas security licenses.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and lead life-safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests by radio, pager, telephone, or other methods of communication.
• Responds to emergency calls for assistance.
• Monitors CCTV system and troubleshoots as needed.
• Maintains logs of inspections.
• Participates in fire drills and life safety programs.
• Provide escorts to law enforcement and mental health services as required.
• Enforce NWTHS Parking Policy and Non-Smoking Policy.
