You will oversee building systems, handle on-call coverage, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with MSC’s safety culture and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of industrial electrical systems and HVAC.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead teams.
• Strong OSHA compliance and safety culture experience.
• Capable of translating technical details into clear maintenance guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities maintenance for building and equipment.
• Lead custodial associates and provide daily direction.
• Administer PM programs for assets and new equipment.
• Maintain accurate spare parts inventories and assist budgets.
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance across the site.
• Collaborate with multi-department teams and drive improvements.
