Qualifications

• Performs arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Files, posts, and organizes materials; copies data between records.
• Guides customers and provides clear, helpful direction in a professional manner.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Weigh postal packages, run mail through meters, and process various mail types.
• Process Western Union orders and send faxes for customers.
• Sell money orders and various checks.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses.
• Sign on the postal department and manage the postal register.
