Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Aisles Online staff, planning labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control, equipment handling, and merchandise care.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs, receiving, storage, and delivery issues.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews; participate in team meetings.
