Embark Behavioral Health in Independence, MO is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support adolescents (12–17) alongside licensed clinicians. You will provide direct patient care, crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic engagement, working nights in the 9:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts.

Competenze

• 21+ with HS diploma/GED
• 0–1+ year in behavioral health, education, coaching, or youth services (preferred)
• Willingness for CPR/First Aid, physical intervention training (provided)
• Ability to stand, move quickly, and support crisis stabilization
• Must pass background and drug screening per MO law
• Bonus for prior mental health or youth experience

Overview

Location: 3205 N Twyman Rd, Independence, MO 64058

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.75 to $22 an hour

Schedule Options:

• Wednesday to Saturday -- 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday -- 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
