You will oversee loading/unloading, maintain quality and safety standards, and coordinate with the Operations Supervisor to manage schedules and staffing for a productive night shift.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates in distribution tasks and SOPs
• Assist forklift operation and certification for staff
• Oversee unloading, picking, and staging with accurate paperwork
• Load orders efficiently to doors and trailers
• Ensure shipping/receiving/picking follows SOPs and quality standards
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance in the warehouse
• Direct warehouse work team and help manage schedules and labor
