Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates in distribution activities and SOPs like shipping, receiving, picking and quality control.
• Oversee unloading, stacking, picking and staging of shipments; verify paperwork with drivers.
• Conduct professional communication with customers; prepare activity reports for site management.
• Maintain quality controls and report discrepancies; participate in quality meetings.
