Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
• 1-2 years' leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse software, databases, and systems including SAP and WMS preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of employees via active safety culture management and policy enforcement.
• Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for all areas of responsibility.
• Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the department’s mission.
• Plans and coordinates work by performing time studies, cost analysis, or prototype builds.
• Ensure associates meet quality, productivity, housekeeping & safety standards.
• Ensure associates operate material handling equipment safely.
• Monitor, measure, and document department performance for cost and productivity.
• Cross-train all associates and enforce policies.
• Partner with HR with interviewing and policy administration.
