Job summary

Ingram Content Group is seeking an Operations Team Lead to oversee the Stocking function on the 2nd shift in Jackson, TN. The role focuses on guiding hourly staff, maintaining safety and productivity in a major production environment.

The position requires training staff, coordinating workflow, and serving as the department contact for production systems issues. Competitive pay and robust benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with PC based applications.
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• 6 months' work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
• Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.
