Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing and shipping operations, ensuring safety procedures and budget adherence. This is a 2nd shift role with start times between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and a level 5 job descriptor.

You will staff, train, and evaluate team members, schedule, manage inventory, and protect company assets while controlling costs and ensuring on-time delivery across the facility. Base pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience managing a budget is required.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar MRP software; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop warehouse team members.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities and safety procedures.
• Schedule team members to meet facility demands.
• Allocate space for stock rotation and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee shipping, receiving and asset protection; manage costs.
