  • Familiar with computer operation for inventory control.
  • Knowledge of SAP computer system.
  • KO KORE and ISO quality standards in a soft drink environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities.

Responsibilities

What does a Night Warehouse Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In this role you will be responsible for leading warehouse operations. The top priorities of this role are to ensure safety, coordinating warehouse activity, service and cost efficiencies of the operations. This role requires strong people leadership capabilities to ensure optimal team performance with a keen focus on providing excellent service to our customers. The incumbent is a role model that will champion diversity, equity and inclusion to create a positive work environment for all of our team members. Responsible for people and talent development.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility for the effective and efficient warehouse operations
  • Ensure the warehouse department follows all Quality/Environmental/Safety requirements and all Federal/State laws and regulations pertaining to production
  • Drives continuous improvements in key areas – responsible for continual improvement of their operation and for ensuring agility to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Establish and monitor the efficiency and performance of key business indicators for warehouse department
  • Coordinates regularly with departments to ensure that all fleet, building, and manufacturing equipment are in good operating condition and proposes future capital expenditures and packages
  • Develop talent and ensure training of employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned
