Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse personnel and oversee shipping and receiving operations. The role focuses on maintaining inventory levels, optimizing space, and ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of warehouse/operations experience, and prior supervisory exposure. Forklift certification is a plus; excellent verbal and written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of Warehouse, Operations or Logistics experience
• Previous supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred
• Forklift certification a plus; experience with pallet jacks is desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving functions and other warehouse operations as needed
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of full goods to fulfill daily sales needs
• Optimize space usage; establish warehouse layout and truck loading patterns for efficiency and stock rotation
• Supervise warehouse team; ensure staffing, training and evaluation
• Operate within budgetary and operational guidelines
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company policies
• Maintain health, safety and security standards
• Suggest and implement processes to improve productivity, quality and safety
