Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the night shift staff for production accuracy and safety.
• Print, organize, and distribute paperwork for selecting and loading trucks.
• Monitor shift productivity and adjust staffing to meet goals.
• Print invoices and shift reports.
• Manage breaks and meal periods in compliance with schedule.
• Support process improvements and training of new employees.
• Ensure loads are accurate and minimize product loss.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse daily.
• Collaborate with management to optimize night operations.
