Job summary

Southern Glazer's Beverage Company of Massachusetts and Rhode Island is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift to support warehouse operations in loading, sorting and stocking beverages for delivery. The role offers a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) with night shift start and OT hours as needed, and eligibility to join the local Teamsters Union 653.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and may involve forklift or order picker tasks; lifting requirements include handling items up to 60

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
Forklift or order picker experience a plus but not required.
Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs and push/pull heavy loads (up to 160 lbs).

Responsibilities

Loading trucks using forklift, picker, two-wheeler or hand jack.
Read customer orders from computer printed route sheet for items to be moved, gathered, and/or shipped.
Sorting and placing bottles, cases or kegs on pallets, shelves, or bins by size, type, style, color, route, or code.
Filling stock request items and delivering to shipping or to designated storage or picking areas.
Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe.
Work in the bottle room, picking individual bottles.
