Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Taunton, MA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume, two-shift distribution center serving two iconic brands. You will guide a team to deliver safe, accurate receiving, picking, and dispatch while upholding food safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse/distribution operations with supervision, strong knowledge of safety and inventory, and proficiency with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping).
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse operations across two shifts, overseeing associates in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes.
• Communicate clearly with your team, set expectations, and keep operations aligned.
• Track KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act on data.
• Plan labor and equipment needs to meet dynamic operational demands.
