Responsibilities include supervising outbound associates, monitoring performance, coordinating with sales and inventory control, and scheduling labor and equipment efficiently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of warehouse/operations experience in shipping and receiving perishable products or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily processes on the dock and in coolers.
• Review, coach, and develop outbound associates.
• Monitor work and safety adherence; issue disciplinary actions when needed.
• Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations; lead pre-shift meetings.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget; prepare work schedules.
• Coordinate item substitutions and communicate with sales, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Spot-check orders for accuracy and quality; pull critical care orders as needed.
• Inspect equipment daily and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
