Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night warehouse operations and staff including order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate repairs with departments.
• Ensure HAACP, food safety, and catch-weight documentation is accurate.
• Train new associates and maintain safety adherence.
• Enforce company policies and procedures across shifts.
