Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehouse or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work evenings/overnight, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new associates, establishing job standards and evaluating performance.
• Develop and mentor associates through onboarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and other technologies to maximize productivity and accuracy.
• Analyze productivity and quality levels and recommend changes.
• Supervise staffing, training coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Interview Order Picker candidates and make hiring recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety programs; attend safety meetings and complete incident reports.
• Ensure timely, accurate order picking for the night shift.
• Assist with day-to-day administration of warehouse functions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
