Job summary

Sysco Cleveland, Inc. is seeking an Operations supervisor for the night warehouse team. You will oversee order selection, replenishment, loading, and safety, directing staff to meet nightly targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities include labor scheduling, cost controls, and ensuring accurate documentation. Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience and a High school diploma or GED, with certification in powered industrial equipment within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night warehouse operations and staff.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Ensure QA, safety, and regulatory documentation (HAACP, FDA/USDA as applicable).
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with other departments.
• Lead training and cross-training of associates; enforce policies.
