Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor receiving, put-away, picking and shipping for accuracy and productivity.
• Coach colleagues on safety, performance, and company policies; reduce overtime.
• Schedule coverage for vacations and holidays; coordinate shift fill-ins and labor needs.
• Collaborate with Transportation and Inventory Control to optimize flow and accuracy.
