Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Five years of forklift experience in a narrow aisle warehouse preferred.
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities of assigned employees, including packing customer orders and completing shipping documentation.
• Directs assigned employees to tasks, ensuring they understand what is required for each shift.
• Provide coaching, training, and tools for employees to perform their jobs successfully.
