Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse employees in housing product, order picking, and preparation for delivery.
• Responsible for productive, timely and quality shipment and/or receiving of all products for member stores.
• Increase production and effectively utilize the workforce to maximize efficiency and reduce warehouse operating expenses.
• Direct the placement of the workforce to respond to changing needs during the shift.
• Hire, train, develop, recognize, and evaluate the performance of all employees on the shift.
