Job summary

Seviroli Foods LLC in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to manage the flow of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. This role also oversees shipping finished products to storage and customers, ensuring accurate receiving and outbound accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing warehouse operations and sampling.
• Ensure receiving is performed correctly.
• Check outbound orders.
• Monitor ADP.
• Enforce GMP rules and regulations.
• Conduct alchemy training as needed.
• Prepare and maintain records and logs, prepare reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Determine storage location for inbound shipments before arrival.
• Communicate with the logistics manager regarding inbound shipment appointments.
• Create inbound procedures to ensure inbound shipment accuracy (quantity, quality, weight, expiration).
• Data entry of purchase order receipts within Navision, ensuring accurate code date info where applicable.
• Ensure proper and timely flow of paperwork to purchasing.
• Notify purchasing immediately of discrepancies from purchase orders.
• Manage staging of production orders.
• Assure FIFO flow of inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Determine storage location for finished goods released from production before completion.
• Complete the daily match-up of production to freezer inventory.
• Timely staging/picking of orders shipping directly from Seviroli Foods.
• Monitor outbound shipments for accuracy (quantity, pallet condition, code dates).
• Communicate with the warehouse manager regarding outbound shipment appointments.
• Review paperwork for outbound shipments for accuracy.
• General warehouse duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary:

This position manages incoming raw materials, supplies, and backhauls. This position also ships finished products to storage and customers.

• Responsible for managing the staging of production orders
• Responsible for assuring the FIFO flow of inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Determine storage location for all finished goods released from production before completion
• Completing the daily match-up of reported production to the product put on freezers

Outbound:

• Responsible for the timely staging/picking of all orders shipping directly from Seviroli Foods
• Monitor all outbound shipments for accuracy, including quantity, pallet condition, and code dates
• Communicate with the warehouse manager regarding appointments for all outbound shipments
• Review all paperwork for outbound shipments for accuracy

General Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse personnel
• Cycle counting of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
• Monitoring inventory turns at Seviroli Foods' warehouse
• General plant safety and cleanliness, including freezers, refrigerators, and production areas
• Other job duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• College Degree in a related science is a plus
• One year of warehouse experience
• Knowledge of GMP in Manufacturing, Packing, or Holding Human Food and thorough knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations are required.
