Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Selector in Kentucky to support efficient order fulfillment. You will select and move product between loading dock and storage areas, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment, to prepare orders for shipment.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, teamwork, and reliability, with shift from Sunday to Thursday 6 pm until completion, plus a night differential and a potential 4-day week after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Excellent attention to product variances, lot codes, and location numbers.
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, obtain supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and wear PPE.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift to move pallets between racks and loading dock.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move to staging area for shipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
