Performance Food Group in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support our distribution operations. You will select cases, move product between loading dock and warehouse, operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment to fill customer orders efficiently.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work Sunday–Thursday starting at 6:00 pm, with potential to move to a 4-day schedule after 90 days.

Competenze

• Strong attention to detail to identify variances, lot codes, and location numbers.
• Strong teamwork, communication and reliability - including consistent attendance and punctuality.

Mansioni

• Reviews work schedule, obtains supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
• Performs safety checks on pallet jack / forklift and ensure safety devices function.
• Puts on all required PPE and safety gear.
• Places pallets on pallet jack and operates along multi-level racks to locate products.
• Manually places stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks.
• Transports completed palletized orders to shipping dock staging area; may shrink-wrap pallets.
• Replace batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
• End of shift: secure equipment and complete paperwork.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
