Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO. You will select cases and other items from warehouse racks, load pallets with an electric pallet jack, and prepare shipments while following safety and quality standards.

The role operates on a night shift (Sunday-Thursday) with 4 PM start times and variable end times, requiring the ability to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified during training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, and perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products on multi-level racks.
• Load pallets from pick slots and move to shipping dock staging area.
• Shrink-wrap pallets as needed and ensure proper labeling.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
