Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse selector, non-formula, for Sunday through Thursday night shifts in Shawano, WI. You will pick cases, move them between dock and warehouse, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts to fulfill customer orders.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and independent work, with training pay of $18.03/hr and an average $23/hr after training. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered as part of a comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.

Responsabilités

• Review work schedule and prepare supplies for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack and forklift; use safety devices.
• Wear required PPE and safety gear.
• Move pallets to multi-level racks; locate products per orders.
• Place stock on pallets; transport to shipping dock; wrap and label.
• Replace and recharge batteries; complete vehicle inspection checklist.
• Secure equipment and complete paperwork at shift end.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards; report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
