Performance Foodservice in Swedesboro, NJ seeks a Warehouse Selector to ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient product flow. You will select cases from multi-level racks, move items with pallet jacks or forklifts, and prepare shipments for loading dock.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and safety. Night differential of $2.00 applies; weekend and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly through shift.
• Lift up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Select and move products between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operator pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers and related equipment.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock and prepare for shipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
