Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Springfield, MO is hiring for a Warehouse Order Selector on the night shift. You will select cases from multi-level racks, prepare orders for shipment, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts in a safe, time‑efficient manner. Training leads to pay up to $37 per hour.

This role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in multi‑temperature environments with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repetitively throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift, and wear PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards for location/company guidelines.
• Move pallets on pallet jack and locate products per order sheets.
• Place stock on pallets from pick slots and racks.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap as needed.
• Replace or recharge batteries and complete equipment inspection.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
