Floor & Decor Langhorne, PA is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct the store's warehouse operations. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage daily freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (warehouse or distribution center preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective relationships with other departments.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving in a productive, cost-efficient manner.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and report repairs to management.
• Ensure warehouse safety programs and a clean, safe workplace in line with OSHA regulations.
• Ensure associates are trained and following standard operating procedures; manage counseling and warnings as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations and complete activity reports for management.
