Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations at the Moorestown, NJ area.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage daily freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs. Qualifications include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Windows-based systems, and the ability to work extended hours during peak

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the warehouse (shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control).
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and preventive maintenance programs; report repairs.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment and adherence to safety regulations.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve problems.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Complete Activity Reports for management and ensure timely data entry.
