Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across stores. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role requires supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or DC environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building and follow-up skills.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and use Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control and maintenance.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train associates and enforce SOPs; manage disciplinary process when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and manage freight schedules.
• Prepare management activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping documents.
