Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse order selector to pick cases and containers, palletize, and ship orders for customers. The role requires operating pallet jacks and forklifts, maintaining safety standards, and working in multi-temperature environments.

The position offers night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM) with a starting pay of $19.63/hr plus incentives. Benefits include health, 401(k) matching, and education assistance, with room for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs as needed.
• Work in dry, cooler and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Place items on pallets, wrap, label and readied for shipment.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and move orders to loading dock.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; follow procedures.
• Perform duties to support efficient product flow and team goals.
