Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations in Minnesota. The role involves selecting, packing, and moving products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay ranges from $19.50 to $20.50 per hour, depending on experience, with a 4-day work week and night shifts (Sunday–Wednesday). The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Receives all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location.
• Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
• Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail in all areas including balers, aisles, racking, floors, and doors.
• Transfers merchandise from receiving area to appropriate location and consolidates merchandise into picking containers.
• Packs products securely in cartons and totes and marks with shipping information.
• Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
• Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
• Records number of materials or items received or distributed.
