Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops for the third shift to support inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced distribution center. You will assist with picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.

You will operate RF scanners and various material handling equipment, participate in inventory tasks, and follow SOPs to maintain accurate orders and efficient workflow. Apply now to join our team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment preferred.
• Overtime availability with little to no advance notice.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship orders following SOPs.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report issues.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with team and supervisor to meet productivity targets.
