Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound or outbound activities on the 2nd shift. You will follow SOPs to process orders, perform quality checks, and load shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, routine standing, and the ability to learn and operate material handling equipment. Overtime may be required to meet shift goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Frequent lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing and shipping.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for in/outbound processes.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
