Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound or outbound activities under supervision. You will follow SOPs to accurately pick, QA check, sort, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will cross-train across warehouse areas, operate WMS, and handle equipment such as forklifts and order pickers. This role requires continuous attention to detail and teamwork to meet throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for entire shift.
• Ability to work overtime with little advance notice.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required by the job duties (order picker, forklift, reach truck etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to OSHA standards.
