Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Associate II, Warehouse Operations to assist on inbound or outbound activities, meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. Inbound receives products, outbound ships to customers.

You will follow SOPs for order processing, operate material handling equipment, and use WMS to manage stock while supporting a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 feet regularly.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• RF scanner or voice-picking experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, QC, sort, palletize, pack, load and prepare for shipment.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small units on designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and assist with inventory control.
• Communicate concerns to management and participate in associate meetings.
