Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations, supervise specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and manage the daily freight schedule to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role emphasizes scheduling, safety, training, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient shipping and receiving and accurate inventory records. Atlanta-area warehouse leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to maintain proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee warehouse operations related to Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs with CEM/Operations Manager.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment use and a safe workplace per OSHA regulations.
• Train all associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Manage progressive disciplinary actions and maintain a productive warehouse climate.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and complete management reports.
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control for timely data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Execute the Storage Buy Audit COP and ensure proper product staging and counting.
• Oversee inventory rotation and proper storage to maximize space.
