• Oversees planning, warehousing, and control of materials from forecast to finished goods.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with USDA and FDA standards.
• Supports product planning and timely acquisition of materials for launches.
• Manages warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Executes special projects and achieves annual goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Hires, coaches, and mentors staff; builds a strong team and collaborates with Executive Management.
