Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of degree, 5 years of related experience acceptable.
• Minimum five years in high-level management with P&L responsibility.
• Produce and/or food distribution experience required.
• Working knowledge of USDA and FDA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees forecasting, replenishment, and delivery to finished goods inventory.
• Ensures compliance with USDA and FDA regulations.
• Supports product launches by ensuring timely material acquisition.
• Oversees warehouse operations for efficiency and accuracy.
• Drives on-time delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Executes special projects in a timely manner.
• Helps establish annual goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Hires, coaches and mentors strong teams.
• Collaborates with all levels as a member of the Executive Management Team.
