Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Maintain daily deposits and balance cash.
• Create and transmit daily logs to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve issues with customers or associates.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry and payroll records.
