• Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Implements the business plan for assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Identifies associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determines corrective action.
• Monitors and analyzes business reports and assists in managing site budgets.
• Maintains quality and safety standards and trains associates on policies and procedures.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders; participates in hiring, promotion, and coaching.
