Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily work and safety of associates engaged in order selection, replenishment, and loading; oversees all warehouse functions.
• Oversees labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Ensures proper utilization of company assets in support of the warehouse.
• Coordinates repairs with proper departments as necessary.
• Reviews night warehouse functions and productivity reports.
• Identifies problems, proposes solutions, and promotes cross-department cooperation.
• Conducts shipping and loading audits ensuring documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight) is accurate.

Education
