Job summary

Sysco Corp. in Dallas is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee safe receipt, storage, retrieval and dispatch of goods, maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring building security and stock integrity, and optimizing layout for efficient operations using automated storage systems.

The role requires leadership of daily order processing, inventory control, staff supervision, and collaboration with customer service to resolve shipment issues while meeting productivity targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse management experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily processing of Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders to ensure flow through Admin and Back Office systems.
• Ensure product is warehoused and disbursed to the picking line within the prescribed time frame.
• Manage receiving, inventory control and returns departments.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring orders and inventory.
• Train staff and supervise workflow; resolve problems.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment.
