Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee order selection, replenishment, and loading activities. The role ensures safety, asset protection, and efficient operations across the night shift.

You will schedule staff, monitor productivity, and coordinate with maintenance and safety teams. A strong background in warehouse operations and 1–3 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work and safety of night shift staff in order selection, replenishment, and loading.
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare work schedules including extra days and shifts as needed.
• Ensure proper use of company assets and coordinate repairs with the relevant departments.
• Review night warehouse functions and productivity reports; propose efficiency ideas and cost reductions.
• Conduct daily shipping and loading audits, ensuring correct documentation and safe handling.
