Job summary

US Foods in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safe, accurate, and timely outbound loading. You will train and develop Night Warehouse Supervisors, conduct hiring and performance reviews, and ensure daily load plans meet timelines and customer requests.

You will monitor inventory, safety data and production goals, and coordinate with Directors and Ops leadership to drive zero-error accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in warehouse supervision.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HAACP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops operation plans and trains Night Warehouse Supervisors on policy & procedures.
• Manages interview, hiring, review, discipline and termination for night staff.
• Creates load plans to meet timelines, weight restrictions and special customer requests.
• Monitors inventory losses, production goals and safety reports; suggests improvements.
• Oversees maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment per OSHA requirements.
• Supports interpretation of collective bargaining provisions in Union facilities.
