Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of employees engaged in order selection, product replenishment, and night forklift operations.
• Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra work days and shifts.
• Administers use of Company assets in support of the warehouse.
• Coordinates required repairs and safety inspections with proper departments.
• Reviews night warehouse functions and productivity reports; suggests efficiency ideas and cost reductions.
