Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
• Experience managing night shift preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with WMS and basic computer skills; OSHA/DOT knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the night shift warehouse team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.
• Oversee nightly order selection, truck loading, and preparation for delivery for on-time shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members with clear expectations and feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with day shift leadership for smooth transitions.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet nightly demands.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety standards.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Partner with Delivery and Inventory Control to resolve issues quickly.
