Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years progressive experience in warehouse management.
• Inventory experience required.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory practices.
• Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Familiar with plant equipment and maintenance requirements.
• Familiar with computer operation for inventory control.
• Knowledge of SAP computer system.
• KO KORE and ISO quality standards in a soft drink environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate warehouse activity to deliver service and cost efficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvements and agile response to business needs.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the warehouse.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain fleet, building, and equipment.
• Develop talent and ensure training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
